FedEx workers go on 24-hour strike

Australia's struggling delivery network is expected to experience further delays today after around 3,000 FedEx staff members went on strike. The action started at midnight and will last 24 hours after crisis talks broke down. The nation-wide protest is calling for better job security and a 'fair wage' amid a plan to outsource work.
