Queensland records one new locally acquired COVID-19 case
Queensland has recorded one locally acquired COVID case – a Brisbane man in his thirties. The source of the infection is under investigation and will be included in today's figures. The infectious man works in the aviation industry - but has no recent history of overseas or international travel. Public health alerts have been issued for McDonalds Albany Creek Drive Thru on Thursday 23rd September – which is considered a 'low risk' contact. Mother's Duck Childcare and Kindergarten in Eatons Hill – which is considered a casual contact site. Visitors to Seats 'R' Us in Rocklea on the 23rd September are considered close contacts and must get tested and isolate for fourteen days. Freedom Furniture Aspley is also another casual contact exposure site.
