TGA approves Pfizer booster for 16 to 17 year olds
The Therapeutic Goods Administration has provisionally approved the Pfizer vaccine to be used as a booster shot for 16 to 17 year olds. “This is the first of two green lights,” Health Minister Greg Hunt told Sky News Australia. “It is now being considered also for the second greenlight by ATAGI … and they’re expected to provide advice within the next week, if not earlier. “If they say yes then we’ll be able to provide it immediately.”
