NSW’s voluntary assisted dying laws faces delay
Voluntary assisted dying is set to be legalised in New South Wales today - following a delay in Senate voting. The upper house failed to produce a vote last night - after engaging in lengthy debate that lasted more than 8 hours. New South Wales is the only state that hasn't passed legislation allowing voluntary assisted dying. A final vote is expected this morning.
