Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings steps down as CEO

Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings has announced he is stepping down as CEO of the streaming giant. Mr Hastings first started the company in 1997 posting DVD movies in the mail. 25 years on, the media juggernaut has 231 million paid subscribers – bouncing back after a tough year in 2022.
