Madonna discharged from hospital as manager releases statement

Madonna has been discharged from hospital after suffering from a serious bacterial infection. The 64-year-old is now recovering at her home in New York where she was originally taken from in a private ambulance after being found unresponsive. Madonna has been forced to postpone the start of her seven-month world tour across 45 cities.
