Queenslanders overwhelm hospital emergency departments due to lack of GPs
Thousands of Queenslanders are overwhelming hospital emergency departments due to limited access to GPs and a decline in bulk billing. The state’s Health Minister is calling on her federal counterpart to help deliver 11 promised urgent care clinics to help the burden.
