With tiny homes and “eco” cabins flourishing across the Australian countryside, you’d think it would be hard to stand out from the crowd, and yet Kangaroo Island’s new Cabn X does just that. In May, the gates to a rolling 162ha plot of oceanfront land opened to guests keen to stay in one of only five luxurious off-grid cabins.
